The smart-pathing navigation system provides superior maneuverability and its high-pile carpet mode is clean well, though it tends to get caught up in rug tassels, and its iHome speaker lets you control the robot with voice commands.

In our tests in our tests, the IQ was capable of handling pet hair with ease, removing huge amounts of hair from floors that were not bare and moderate amounts from medium-pile carpet. It was a little less effective on shag carpet, where it struggled to get at dirt and dust that was embedded in the fibers. It was able to navigate the legs of a chair, tiny spaces as well as the base of an IKEA wooden step stool. It was a bit slower on floors that were not paved, but it regained speed and performed better than the other robots we tried.

The IQ is a more suitable option for the majority of users than the irobot vacuum and mop Roomba. It has a bigger dustbin and a longer battery lifespan, and is better at navigating around obstacles. Another excellent aspect of the eufy 11S is its BoostIQ mode that lets you set the robot to automatically adjust its suction power to match the type of floor and level of mess. The remote control makes it easy to guide the 11S to the desired area.
